AMSTERDAM - With 2.5 million users, or "seats," for its Premiere Pro editing software package, Adobe has become the industry leader, says Bill Roberts, Director of Video Product Management, in this interview with Beet.TV With its new version luanched earlier this year, Adobe has grown its base among broadcasters and publishers and has upped its presence in many of of the world's top film schools, he says. Roberts, who heads the editing and productions tools business, also explains how Adobe is being used in high-end, Hollywood post production. We spoke at the IBC conference.
